Returns Policy –
Our focus is to accomplish customer satisfaction. In this case, if you are disappointed with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are true and proven after investigation.
Please look into the item’s product detail page to determine if an item is returnable. All items that do not fall into the above-mentioned returnable categories are not eligible for return. Exceptions may apply so please read the return policy for each item on the product page very carefully.
Once your return has been received by us and it satisfy with our return policy, we will credit the refund amount on your aazuri account with store credit. Refund will show on your account 4-5 working days from the day we receive your returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable through aazuri .
Exchange –
We currently do not allow exchanges for our products as they are specially made on order. In case you ordered wrong size, we can offer to alter it without charge. However you will have to bear shipping charges. Please contact us at aazuri for further assistance.
Wrong/Damaged product delivered –
Our specially-trained Quality Assistance Team checks your items to ensure they are up to our standards before we dispatch them to you, so damage is rare. But if we are sent you the wrong/damaged item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, ideally sending us a couple of photos of the damage or other issues with the product. Our team will assess your complaint and either arrange to give you a full refund, arrange for a repair, or order you a replacement. We can return refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Please be aware that in this case, payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return –
Acceptable items must be returned within 2 days of the date the item was received, or as otherwise declared on the item return policy. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. Please return items in their original packaging including plastic wrap, hang tags, boxes, and bags.
Cancellation –
aazuri accepts order cancellations up to 24 hours after receiving it.
